3. Services Provided

 WAGERBIRD provides signals (picks), insights, and related informational content.
WAGERBIRD is not a sportsbook and does not accept or facilitate wagers. All Services are for informational and educational purposes only.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for credentials.

  • Provide accurate info.

  • No account sharing or resale.

5. Purchases and Payments

  • Fees apply for Points Packs, HOTSHEET, Seat Licenses.

  • Payments processed via third-party providers.

  • All sales are final unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software are property of Skyburst Technology Incorporated. Licensed for personal use only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Services for unlawful purposes.

  • Copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer content.

  • Misrepresent affiliation with WAGERBIRD.

8. Disclaimers

  • Services provided “AS IS” with no warranties.

  • No guarantee of outcomes or profitability.

  • Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

WAGERBIRD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WAGERBIRD and affiliates from claims related to your use of Services or violation of Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law.

13. Responsible Gaming

14. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
