Guardians 3B Jose Ramirez (leg) exits vs. Blue Jays

Cleveland Guardians star third baseman Jose Ramirez sustained a mild right anile sprain and departed the team's road game against the Toronto Blue Jays on Friday after he fell at first base.
Ramirez left in the third inning after running out an infield single to the pitcher. The throw from Toronto's Chris Bassitt hit Ramirez on the back of the shoulder, and he tumbled to the ground after his right foot hit the bag.
Ramirez was on the ground for a couple of minutes but was able to walk off the field.
The six-time All-Star was 2-for-2 to raise his season batting average to .274. He has five home runs and 15 RBIs in 31 games this season.
Daniel Schneemann pinch-ran for Ramirez then entered the game at second base. Gabriel Arias shifted from second to third for Cleveland.
